Hello, i'm currently using Issabel PBX 2017 version but with the latest updates i just made a few days ago using the yum upgrade .
I have FOP2 installed everything is ok except the Call History. Everything works perfectly however whenever one of my agents gets an incoming call thats an Unknown number, once they pickup the call history gives the message "You do not have permissions to access this resource" until they refresh the fop2 page. This only happens with Unknown numbers. When you refresh you can see the call history and it shows in the history Unknown number but only when the call comes in it just freezes the Call History of that Agent who picked up the unknown caller.
What can cause it? I have the FOP2 2.31.16

Sounds simple however which folder would i create that file under. Do i have to modify the configs to not use Autobuttons then?
I just upgraded to Elastix 2.5 and also upgraded to FOP2 2.28 from 2.25 and got the new license. Everything works great however when using call center in fop2 it shows on the Line1 "Agent\number" which is correct and on Line2 it shows usually the phone number the agent is speaking with which is good also. However when the call hangs up the number still shows on Line2 as if they are still speaking with them. Its not causing an issue but its just confusing to see thinking they are still speaking with that number on the phone. What could be the cause for Line2 not refreshing? I attached the image below to show you 1 call in the Trunks yet it shows the old calls that were hung up on 2 of the agents

I just upgraded to the new firefox 11.0 and it seems when logging on to the panel it just stays there forever not showing me the page just keeps loading. Anyone else have this issue?
Currently using FOP2 2.25
I just upgraded to the FOP 2 2.20 Beta and this solved it! Now i see the actual number on Line 2 :)

I have been using FOP with Elastix Call center, whenever agents receives calls i see the Caller Number the agent is currently speaking to. But with FOP2 all i see is *8888 + extension number. I can't trace them to see if they are really on a call or not because it just shows the code to login to the Elastix Call Center and just keeps counting how long the agent has been there on the Call center instead of an actual call. I have both of them working right now side to side to keep monitoring my agents but i want to completely stop using FOP1 to go to FOP2.
What could i change to fix this?
