Do you have the queue login plugin? You need that for starters.

Then you need to configure the plugin via FOP2 Manager, and enable automatic login

Then you need to create groups in the FOP2 Manager, one group for each queue group you want to use

Then uou need to edit users via FOP2 Manager, and be sure they can only see the queues you want them to auto sign on (and not all queues). Yo do that by selecting specific groups for each user, include the respective queue group and perhaps all extensions, all trunks, all conferences.

Restart fop2, and nothing else.
