I am able to get the "ringing" section of the Pop-Ups to work correctly.. But the "Connected" is not working correctly..
I was wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot this.. I assume that its a command-line switch, to show all the Error Levels?

Will dump the server log for me.. But have no idea what im looking for pertaining to Popups.. :)

Popups are fired on the client.
on connect popups work only for queue delivered calls when you have the option eventwhencalled=yes in the queue configuration.
Be sure you are receiving a call from a queue and that the queue has the eventwhencalled option set.
