    To remove the presence select box add the following at the very end of operator.css:

    #presence_chzn {
    display:none;
    }

    Best regards,

    Excellent - thanks for that - I will try it later on.

    Kind Regards

    The drop down was modified from a simple text field to a javascript/dhtml widget, so, the solution will be a little bit more involved.

    I will see if I can find a fix once I get back from vacations next week.

    Thanks - I'll hold fire and not downgrade just yet ;)

    Hi,

    In version 2.23 I used to hide the dropdown for Available/DND as my 1 of my customers wants to have all phones always available. I used to this by adding display:none; to the css for #presence.

    It seems this doesn't do anything in 2.24.

    Is there a way to hide/remove this dropdown in 2.24?

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

    We are currently using 2.23.

    Is there a changelog / release notes available with what updates / fixes are in 2.24 so we can determine if we should upgrade at this time? I've customised fop2 a little so only wish to recustomise if there are updates that would help us.

    Kind Regards

    Hi

    I have a number of BLF buttons setup for monitoring things like Day/Night Control, and other custom buttons for controlling which message is played. Custom hints are used for vieiwing the status on a phone panel.

    Is it possible to setup these as a button on FOP2 as well so the button would originate a call to e.g. *280 (or the custom 571) and would also show the status of the BLF e.g. NOT IN USE (Green), BUSY (Red), ONHOLD (flashing red) etc?

    My setup is Elastix 2.03 with FOP2.20.

    Kind Regards

    Hi

    We purchased FOP2 yesterday and found it excellent so far.

    Currently we use the excellent Open79XX phonebook database for XML phonebooks for our Cisco phones. However this does not provide us an easy to use pc based browser or ability to dial from computers.

    Could Fop2 be configured to use the database from Open79XX instead of it's own?
    The fields are different however and can store more information in the Open79XX setup.

    Also the contacts are seperated into groups in Open79XX. We would be OK if we did not see the groups in FOP2.
    Effectively we want to add contacts into the Open79XX setup and have FOP2 pick them up.

    I've can send a screenshot of fields in the SQL DB for Open79XX if it helps.

    Regards
