    I was using 2.11, but upgrading to 2.20 fixes a lot of my issues, including this one. I'm happy with the upgrade sofar, thanks.

    Increasing the width of .extenbutton and .clid in operator.css will show the full $CALLERID(num) and $CALLERID(name) while ringing. But when the phone enters the state connected, the callerid field is updated to only display $CALLERID(num). At this stage I still need to display the name since that also contains the called number (usefull for agents to see if other agents are also handling a call for the same client/target number). Is this behavior configurable?

    So trying the current 2.20 beta will not offer a fix?

    Attended transfer works well with configured buttons? If so, a Q&D hack might be to export the phonebook to buttons.cfg and use filter to search the desired number/contact to transfer to.

    How can one make attended transfers to numbers in the visual phone book? So far I only can make blind transfers which are not acceptable for most called numbers.

    Appear to have no effect with fop2 2.11 and asterisk 1.6.2.13.

    Incoming calls are routed through a Queue. If the call is still in rining status, the Queue is showing the callername and callerid. The ringing extensions only show a ringing icon for a line. On the display of the phone the correct callername and callerid are displayed. A popup with the correct information (from the visualphone book) is shown.

    When the extension pickups the call, callerid/name can't be found in FOP anymore. The extension is a realtime member (mysql).
