Do you know if we can add a button/feature for agent login/logout of queues? For example, a manager can log agents in and out and if an agent has permission, they can do it too.
Thanks.
It's not a bug, but a change in behaviour in FreePBX 2.6. To make my life misserable ;)
Best regards,
Yes, sorry. Not a bug.
The latest version at [url:1s9dnnv3]http://www.fop2.com/downloads/fop2.tgz[/url:1s9dnnv3] seems to have fixed this bug.
Thanks!
Hi,
We are using static queue members for a customer and the queue members are showing up as one line:
@from-internal
A user is setup as:
[SIP/383] type=extension extension=383 label=Joe Blogs mailbox=383@default context=from-internal extenvoicemail=*383@default channel=SIP/383 channel=SIP/483 [QUEUE/6000] type=queue extension=6000 label=Test queue context=from-internal
queue show gives all the members as expected in the form:
Members: Local/383@from-queue/n (Not in use) has taken no calls yet
What am I missing here?
Hi,
There is a script that replaces autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh and lets you specify fop2 permissions using the voicemail options in Freepbx's extension config screen. You can download it from here:
http://www.fop2.com/downloads/autoconfi ... erm.pl.txt
Rename it to autoconfig-users-freepbx-voicemailperm.pl and set execute permissions to the script. Then you can call it from fop2.cfg using the #exec method.
You will have to add in every extension the voicemail option: fop2=dial!transfer!hangup or whatever permission you like.
Then only the extensions that have the fop2 option set in voicemail will be able to login to fop2 and they will have the permissions you define in the gui.
This method will soon be replaced by a native freepbx module.
Best regards,
When will the native module be ready?
Thanks.
Hi,
Are you using the automatic config? If you did a manual config you have to be sure that a button definition has the exact same extension and context that is used in the quueue member. So, if you have a button like:
[SIP/100]
extension=236
context=from-internal
label=John
type=extensionThen the queue button will show John instead of 236@from-internal
Best regards,
I've found that sometime SIP needs to be lower case to match a queue member of sip/236
Hi,
Trying to register here but getting the following as there is no eth0, only eth1:
[root@localhost fop2]# ./fop2_server --register eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found Can't get info from ifconfig: at script/fop2_server.pl line 3699
Does not seem to work over HTTPS!!!
HTTP is fine with flash player 10.0 r32. Will try latest version and HTTPS
Also had multiple AMPDBHOST, AMPDBPASS AMPDBUSER in /etc/amportal which stopped autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh from working and didn't run autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh and copy and paste output into fop2.conf
HTH.
Hi,
That's a little unfair for you to say (no email or forum support). Just count the number of mails "admin" posted on the forums. I try to reply to every post and email I receive.
In Alan's case everything seems correct, but maybe there is a problem with your browser.
Do you have the flash player installed and working?
I recommend you to try with another browser, and verify the flash player is correctly installed. You can try with IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc... I cannot be sure, but it seems to be a browser issue.
If you want to debug the client, use firefox and install Firebug. You will be able to see debug messages there.
If you want the source, right now, you will have to use FOP1.
Best regards,
Hi,
I did quantify my comment by saying it was too early to expect a reply.
I've tried IE8 with flash support and various browsers. Going to live chat now and will post results back here. Thanks.
I wish the source code was available as I could debug this!
No forum support or e-mail support even for the paid one. I did only e-mail yesterday though.
Give us the source and let other with the skills debug!!!
Gavin.
