Did you find out any workaround for this?

I have the exact same issue with my Firefox/Ubuntu system.

    XP virtual works fine though.

They are stored in the normal area as if you were to record the call using your handset (*1).

In PIAF, I just go to Recordings from the kennonsoft menu for the user the recording is for.

Updated to IE 8 and all is working well now.

Yup, I noticed that when I updated for the call pickup. I saw in the trunks, the trunk number.

    Great work!

That works the way I would expect it to now. Thank you!

Let me know. I don't have it as a trunk in my freepbx setup. It just shows up there on fop2. It is this fax solution posted over at PIAF:

And more specifically, this is where the extension is setup:

While a phone/extension is ringing, I press that button and then press Call Pickup. My phone rings and when I answer it just hangs up. Am I doing it wrong?

gregc started the conversation FOP2 in kennonsoft menu.

I've successfully updated the kennonsoft menu to reference fop2 instead of fop1 by changing
    /var/www/html/welcome/.htindex.cfg
    changing:
    1,panel,./panel,Flash Operator Panel,ico_fop.png

    to:

    1,panel,./fop2,Flash Operator Panel,ico_fop.png

I use firefox and it worked fine. Trying it out on a worker's computer though, it locked up Internet Explorer. When I tried IE on my computer, it locked it up as well.

Going to http://mypbx.com/fop2 works fine though.

Any ideas what is going on?

gregc started the conversation ZAP Channel # displayed.

We have 12 ZAP channels through a PRI.

FOP2 is displaying a single button with the active channels within it (as it is supposed to). But the label of the active channels is always ZAP/1. Is there a way for it to show the actual ZAP channel utilized?

First off, thank you for such a nice product. I had troubles at first trying to figure out why I couldn't see my trunks. Turns out it was because I hit the 15 button limit. I went ahead and purchased the full version and am very pleased.

I have an iaxmodem setup on an extension for my avantfax/hylafax. With FOP1, it shows up as an extension and when sending a fax, or receiving a fax, it shows the activity as it should. But with FOP2, it lists the extension and shows it as a trunk. When a fax is sent or received, the extension shows nothing but the trunk shows activity.

Anyway to fix this so it isn't listed as a trunk and when there is activity it shows up on the extension?

I use the auto config for the buttons with the only change being two zap extensions added to the end of the file.
