    So I've let this go on for a long time. We still get the error "You do not have permissions to access this resource".

    I am on CentOS with FreePBX. There isn't a file on the server named memcache*

    How would you recommend I go about fixing the issue based on this information?

    I have had the same issue multiple times after running certain upgrades and updates in FreePBX.

    To fix it, simply run [code]/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke[/code] and enter your license key. Then run [code]/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register[/code] and enter your license key again, followed by a [code]service fop2 restart[/code]

    That did the trick for me.

    So, like mentioned in this post, I see "You do not have permissions to access this resource" on the Call History plugin (so it shows on the front panel) often, but if I log out and back on, it will usually correctly show the call history.

    I don't have a memcache.ini file in the php.d folder. How can I apply option 1: "Start the memcache daemon and enable it at boot" instead?

    Goodness, it sure did. The thing is, I did restart it before, but from fop2/admin GUI. Is that different than running the command service fop2 restart?

    Same thing happens with me, even after reloads. What I noticed is the next day or two, if I leave the user/extension there in fop2/admin, it eventually shows up. Not sure the rhyme or reason.

    So I dialed *720, and *730 yesterday in attempt to get "call forwarding all prompt" to work, where you can set call forwarding for a remote extension other than your own. I later found out that freepbx and/or asterisk changed it to *93, as the 0 in *720 was causing issues.

    Anyway, I now am showing to my employees as continually on a call (see attachment). I restarted FOP2 and Asterisk.

    Any ideas?
