Is it possible to define different buttons which should be displayed for users?
I want some users to be able to see only part of existing extensions (e.g. single team),
How to do this - is such a configuration possible to do at all?

In the current release you have to use panel contexts. It is described in the user manual.
In the next release (that I am about to finish) you can define groups PER context.. this way you can define a group that includes the buttons you want, and then assign the group to a user. This will be easy to setup with the also new FreePBX module.
I am now on the "Fixing Internet Explorer javascript & CSS issues" stage (and to be fair, also fighting with utf-8 handling). After finishing with that I will release the new version.
