FOP2 Cannot login - System is not available right now

    Having error during login.

    fop2_server -t
    Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License (1)
    Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at script/fop2_server.pl line 3023.
    Connection to manager OK!

    Debug mode - log capture.

    Hello,

    You do not have to test the server connection to AMI, what fails in your case is the web client connection to the fop2 server. For that to work you must have adobe flash player installed, working and not blocked. If you use the latest Google Chrome, you must use FOP 2.23.

    The connection is done via port TCP/4445, that port must be redirected if you are not on the same LAN, and not filtered/blocked by any firewalls.

    Also, check that fop2_server is running while you try to connect.

    Got it to work by changing port number from 4444 to 4445. Just wonder why the fop2 cannot work when I try to change the port number to use as port 4444. Is there any setting in the files locate at the webserver directory?

    I am using fop2 version 2.23.

    If you change the listen port you must also set the web_dir parameter correctly.. it si mentioned in the online documentation under the parameter description.

    Anyways, as you already find out, please run FOP2 in its default port, your life will be much better if you do that.
