timer in Queues?

  1. 8 years ago

    Greetings!

I have some strange timer displayed in queues window for some agents. I do not really understand which value it shows (it is not talk time) and it seems to be displayed randomly (or at least I was not able to understand its' behavior pattern yet).
FOP2 restart make it disappear but only sometimes.

Is it a bug or a matter of configuration/misconfiguration?

    P.S. screenshot attached

Not sure, could be a bug or perhaps some interaction issue. What asterisk version are you using ? Did you set eventwhencalled=yes for each queue in asterisk?

Yes, eventwhencalled is set to YES in every queue.

Well, you will see a timer for any busy member when its on a call, and the timer will clear when the call is done. This is based on AgentConnect/AgentComplete events, so they *must* be present in your manager events for them to work correctly. If one complete even is missed for any reason, a timer might continue counting even if the call is done. It is hard to tell as events are that: events. And they usually cannot be replicated in the same way/scenario every time.

Be sure you have a manager user with full privileges, and eventfilters in place, as documented in here:
