But i have to make request.
For example, I have a phonebook record (Philip Baker| 55512345678 )
When i invite him to the conference via visual phonebook i can see participant's number ( 55512345678) , but i prefer Philip Baker or may be Philip Baker - 55512345678.
Is it possible?
Also, is there any way to make ponebook a little compact?

You should use the superfecta freepbx module to set callerid names based on different sources, like the fop2 phonebook. That will set the callerid name in asterisk itself, and that name will be available not only in FOP2, but also in cdr records, etc.
