FreePBX13 + Asterisk 11 . Same issue

It doesn't work on SNG7 (Distro with FreePBX14 and Centos 7)
FreePBX 13 Distro (with Centos 6.6) works fine

I can't install any plugins
I bought license, logged into fop2 admin panel.
And i see 'There are no licensed plugins'
I also tried this:

# /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
unable to initialize libusb: -99
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License (/usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic)
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Featureset: Basic
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Allowed Tenants: 5

Connection to manager OK!

# /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --plugins
unable to initialize libusb: -99

Hello, a lot of customers glad to see a 'kick all' button in conference.
It would be nice to be able to kick all conference participants via FOP2 directly.
Is there any chance to see this at future?May be as a Plugin. Thank You.

Hello, I have an issue with conference.
Conference shows that call is still active when it's not
I found similiar topic here
And I also have to restart fop2 service to remove ghost call.

I checked permissions in manager.conf and it seems ok for me.

Hi, great product!
But i have to make request.
For example, I have a phonebook record (Philip Baker| 55512345678 )
When i invite him to the conference via visual phonebook i can see participant's number ( 55512345678) , but i prefer Philip Baker or may be Philip Baker - 55512345678.
Is it possible?
Also, is there any way to make ponebook a little compact?

Sometimes function "set presence" doesn't work. In normal way i see "Set Presence->Available,Do not Distrub, etc." and it works.But sometimes i just see "Set Presence" and no subparagraphs.I refresh page in web-browser and it works again.

Also I tried to use "/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test" but nothing happened
and i see "File does not exist: /var/www/html/fop2/fop2-variablesGENERAL.txt" error in httpd log files eveytime
I tried to reinstall FOP2 but stucked on "make install" command,just nothing happens

FOP2 v. 2.29.01 Licensed
