Testing FOP2 2.31.0.5 on Ombutel 1.0.8, I installed the fop2 via yum install fop2
If I create a user in the fop2.cfg it works
But I can't seem to get the users in the FOP2 Manager to work
If I run a --test I get this
[root@localhost system]# /usr/sbin/fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - License file fop2.lic not found.
Running in Demo Mode
No configuration file found!
I can contact ombutel if this does not belong on this forum

I figured this out for anyone who may need it
In the Ombutel GUI
Under PBX/Extensions/Extensions
Advanced/User Portal
Enable Portal Yes
Portal User XXXX
Portal Password XXXX
The last two are your login for the Ombutel Portal and for the FOP2

Even with no portal user I think you should be able to access fop2 directly http://your.server/fop2 and entering credentials there. You will see an invalid credentials error at startup, but then you should be able to enter exten/pass and it should work.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback and documenting the solution to your problem.
Ombutel support is in active development, every day I add little bit of code to increase support in different areas/aspects.
