I try install "asternic_cdr" and i can see the report from menu freepbx -> Reports --> Asterinic CDR Report
How can i install "asternic_cdr" on other path : example : http:/ip_server/asternic_cdr
The next question:
After i open menu outgoing then click User : example 401, we can see field "Listen" but still empty. is it for play recording (download recording) ?
What should i setting so we can play /download recording from asternic_cdr

Why do I ask this? bcz I will make crm applications can directly open page asternic cdr without login to FreePBX

We offer a standalone CDR software (commercial), that can be accessed without FreePBX and that can be configured to play recordings without the need to tweak code (as the freepbx module requires some code tweaks). We can send you a trial code and download link if you want to try it out.
