I was wondering if there is a way to show the Useragent of an extension, if there is a way please help, if no I want to request that feature. I know you can show extension IP address when in Flash.
That will be cool that show which devices of softphone an extension is connected trought.
There is no way to show user agents for extensions. You mean the sip useragent right ?

AMI events for SIp peer status do not include the useragent. Without that is not possible to add the feature.
