Agent login/logout?

    Do you know if we can add a button/feature for agent login/logout of queues? For example, a manager can log agents in and out and if an agent has permission, they can do it too.

    Currently there is no such feature, but its in the todo list. The complicated part is to make it work for everyone. there are many ways to add and remove members from a queue.. using Agent channel, Local channel, just the device with or without member name, etc... It would be not that hard to settle with one way, but it will not fit everybody.

    The feature is now available in FOP 2.10

  4. Thanks for this information. I work at a call center, and we are always looking for ways to improve services for our customers as well as our agents.
