I'm trying to move my FOP2 install to a new server. In order to do this apparently I need to deactivate the license on one server. I tried to do this but its asking for a serial number. All I have is the upgrade code from the last time I bought an upgrade license. How can I find the serial number?

The original activation code is not stored on your server, only in the email you received upon purchase. If you want to retrieve it you will have to email us with your MAC address/email/registration name so we can look it up for you. We can also look the code up if you supply your upgrade code. You can also open a ticket in support.asternic.biz
