Be sure your php sessions are working correctly. In trixbox php sessions are broken in a default installation, there is a post in fop2 blog on how to fix that. Not sure if you are using trixbox or not..

We are using Trixbox (v2.6.2.3) and memcache was running when I checked just now. What I gather from [url=http://www.fop2.com/blog/trixbox-php-sessions-and-fop2:1qwcmg7a]the blog entry[/url:1qwcmg7a] is that even if memcache is running that sometimes memcache just doesn't do sessions right. I am checking with our provider now to make sure they are okay with us turning off memcache based php sessions.

What is supposed to happen when I click on the playback arrow in the recording tab on FOP 2.24? Right now nothing happens.

When I try to download a recording by clicking the down arrow I get an error message that says "no way". Am I missing a permission? My user has the admin permission.

I wanted the files recorded via FOP2 to have a certain filename, I see variables listed for me to use inside fop2.cfg and after restart it seems to work great, my new filename is:

monitor_filename=/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/${ORIG_EXTENSION}_${DEST_EXTENSION}_${CLIDNUM}_%Y%m%d-%h%i%s_${UNIQUEID}

However, I noticed inside the recording_fop2.pl file that it says:

In fop2.cfg you MUST set the monitor filename and configurations to be:

# monitor_filename=/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/${ORIG_EXTENSION}_${DEST_EXTENSION}_%h%i%s_${UNIQUEID}

Now, when I access FOP2 recordings tab the field labels don't quite match contents, for instance using the above filename settings the Unique ID is not the new date format I added and the context is the unique ID variable (see screenshot - https://skitch.com/elijahlynn/g34i5/fla ... or-panel-2).

So my question is, should I not change the filename format? Or am I able to but need to do something else to accomodate the FOP2 recordings tab?

This would be great as a Chrome extension. Not sure how it would work though, it would be nice if the extension was based off your FOP2 session though, that way if you are logged in to FOP2 and click a phonenumber on a webpage it would just ring the phone at the agents desk.

Is there a forum for Asternic Call Center Stats Pro? From what I see this should be okay to post here since I am gathering that the same company is listed as copyright holder on both www.fop2.com and www.asternic.biz

I've upgraded to 2.24 but am having issues. At first, Chrome would connect but there would be a gray box at the bottom of the screen with what looks like some code in it. But everything else was functional.

I had the exact same issue after our provider just upgraded us from 2.23 to 2.24 in Chrome 16, grey box at bottom w/javascript error/text and afterwards got the "one moment screen". Thanks to the subsequent comment, cleared browser cache in Chrome and all is working great now!!!
