I use polycom 430.
I have not made any changes to the sip.conf
what is the exact setting I need to put there? I use freepbx (piaf) and changes to file directly can be overwritten.
if you think this can cure my issue where can I add this to?

Got several complaints that when the operator is on a call and another one comes in, they will answer the call, the original call goes on hold, they click on the destination user than click on the transfer button intending to transfer the caller on the line BUT the actual caller transferred is the one on hold NOT the one live on the line.

This does not happen all the time, anyone seeing this?
best yet how do I fix it? :(

do we have a release yet for this? it sure would be nice to display on the panel when the user set DND on.

How can I adjust the width of the column and the buttons in the right hand side where the trunks are displayed?
I looked at /var/www/html/fop2/css/operator.css but can not ID where to change it if it is there.

I changed the forward to voicemail code to match the old system and the panel wont pickup the new code.
if I make it a * it will work ok.
How can I solve this one? maybe there is a way for the script to get the code from the database instead of a hardcoded "*" somewhere?

I have several Zap channels that are in a different context I called "inside-only"
non of them show in the panel.
How can I get them to show? it looks like the script do not account for them, it only accounts for the ones in the from-internal.

I just discovered that the ZAP will show as DAHDI. looking at the code in autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh I see all has the DAHDI heading, is there a reason for it?

Where does it create the button.cfg file when it runs?

I need to show it each line separate with the number as the line label, something like this maybe but this does not work.

Can sort extensions by name instead of number? How?

I have set this in the fop2.cfg
user=1100:12345:dial,transfer,pickup
but the user still show the spy, hangup, wisper and record buttons and they all still work.
I can not allow anyone to use those features they are also disabled in freepbx but they still work.

How can I make those buttons disappear?

It seems that I have some long names in my ext.
The long ones gets truncated and only the first name show, like "Conference Room" only show as "Conference"
where can I set a few more chars for the labels?
