i'm having the same exact problem. it *used* to work, now it doesn't. if i click the button, it hangs up the call. i haven't tested on an internal call, only external. again, this did work on this server at one time. but now, all of the sudden it does not.

the files in the directory are currently owned by root. should ALL of the files be owned by asterisk?

I would like the ability to "move" a voicemail from one user to another from within the Voicemail Explorer in FOP2. Is this possible?

Also, can you listen to another user's voicemail (and move) using your own login info?

I can't get the recordings to transfer into the voicemail box. I found a post on the forum that gave instruction, and followed them. But the recordings still do not transfer. Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong? I ensured the proper amp admin password in fop.cfg and ensured the following settings:

monitor_filename=/var/spool/asterisk/monitor/${ORIG_EXTENSION}-${DEST_EXTENSION}-${MBOX}-${UNIQUEID}
monitor_format=wav
monitor_mix=true
monitor_exec=/home/fop2/server/tovoicemail.pl

It seems that when using IE 7 & 8, I get the constant pop-ups that ask me whether or not I want to navigate away from the page. Is there a way to stop that? It's difficult to get users to break away from IE.

Now I have the correct icon for playing voicemail. But when I click it, there is nothing played.

I've got a working FOP2 setup and have purchased the full license, including IM and VM integration.

The IM feature works fine.

The VM opens and you can see your voicemail, but
1. there is no icon button to listen

• if you hover the mouse over where it should be, there is a javascript link
• you can click on the link, but nothing happens

2. when switching between folders, i.e. new, family, work, etc., you get constant prompts "are you sure you want to navigate away from this page".

My question is 2 part: 1. how do you listen to the VM? 2. Can you stop the constant prompts when navigating?
