Agreed. I would love to see if this might be helpful for our business...but we have no idea what it does or how it works???

    FOP2 Browser Extension for Firefox?

I've reviewed the FOP2 Chrome extension, and we love the click to call feature. However, we cannot run Chrome in our office. We only allow our employees to use Firefox.

Question - Is there a FOP2 Firefox add on / extension?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Yes - Still an issue for us as well. Very confusing. It alerts as if a message occurred but it is simply another user logging in or out. No message.

nbarber started the conversation Chat Notification when User Logs In or Out.

    Hi Nicolas,

    Great tool. Thank you!

Quick Question - Any time a user has sent a chat message to another user, and either party logs out (or logs in) the chat notification activates. This can be confusing. We use the tool company wide for inner office IM and all day employees are asking why they rec'd a chat notification when the other party didn't actually send them anything. It seems to just continue triggering a notification each and every time either party logs in or out?

Is this configurable? Can this be turned off?

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks again for the great tool!

nbarber posted in Firefox 11.0 issues?.

We have disabled websockets in FOP2. This did not resolve the login issue. We even tried restarting FOP2. Did not work.

We did resolve the issue by disabling websockets in Firefox but would prefer not to do this since it will change the way Firefox engages with other applications and websites.

    Any suggestions?

Do you have an ETA on when this will be resolved?

    Thanks for your insight!
