I get the extension drop down list of my extensions, but can't seem to get a link to work to dail. I did some searches, do you have a step by step on what I need to do.

It is recognizing the number on the web page and when I hoover over number on web page it shows phone icon and click-to-call NXX) NXX XXXX I click but nothing is happening.

Not sure how to start checking.
    Thanks,

pmurphy started the conversation Migrating Elastix with FOP2.

    Hi,
I am replacing my elastix cluster and when I did a restore of the configuration from elastix it was not successful in having a working FOP2. I did a uninstall and then yum install and now have a version that works but is unlicensed. I can see all my configuration under buttons and such.

I don't want to take down the production server to move the license.
Do you have a trail key I can use to prove the backup and restore process I am implementing will work, or do you advice new key for migration?

I also noticed the Elastix operator panel didn't migrate the extension configuration, I still had my one pre-restore test extension showing. It does update if I make a change to an extension. Not sure if EOP is using any part of your FOP to operate. Please comment if fixing my FOP2 install would help with this issue with EOP if you are aware of dependancy.

    Thanks

Well what is the chance you would like to create a different view for queues only. I would pay for that as an option. I bought the full version and it would have been great if it would allow for resizing of the layout, but I admit it is pretty good for the price, I would pay for an upgrade option and I bet more people would. It is a view that most call centers would need.

Why don't you build a view more default views in the package. Whatever would be easy for you but if it was something like fop2/extensions only, fop2/queues only, ....

It would be a better out of the box solution, I am not a programmer or have time to learn it however would gladly pay a few more dollars for a few more options.

pmurphy started the conversation resize windows.

I need to know how to resize the items displayed. Creating a queue and ring group screen for a wall display that call center managers can use as a way to watch the number of callers on hold.

Easy enough to limit to what I want to see, but queue display is a fixed size. I want to file the screen with queues accross the screen. Currently all I can get are the queues stacked vertically so with the number of queues we have they scroll off the bottom on screen.

Ideally if I could minimize the items unwanted and then rearrainge and resize the balance with a drag and drop like a regular browser windows would be the best solution so call center managers could build their own view. However if I can create a few different static views that would work also. I have read about something called extension only view, and although I haven't seen it that sounds close to what I would like.

Running the licensed version on elastix, but usually open the fop2 in its own browser session.

I want to create a display of just queue and ring groups. Accomplished using a Group applied to a user.

It still displays the queues in a narrow stack and I would like to display them side by side in multiple rows on a large 24 inch monitor so you don't have to scroll. We are currently 12 queues so it currently won't display them all at once in this narrow display.

Thanks for your help, and I did try to find another similar post. Please feel free to just link to another post if you have a good one that addresses my question.
