I would really like a module that logs users in and out of queues at specific times (especially OUT).
Maybe there is a way to do this at the moment someone can tell me about?

Tthere is no way or plugin that does that. And it would be a problem to have such module/plugin, as I already envision people complaining about agents being logged out "for no reason".
You could write some scripts and use cron jobs on the server to do that with a little bit of work.
