I am still getting the "an error has occured unknown field: picture". I did create the database and apply the permissions. Anything else to do?

I get the same issue here:

An error has occured

Unknown field: picture

Any ideas?

I have just installed FOP2 on a brand new Asterisk server (32bit) no problems FOP2 seems fine but the phone book has the same issue?

How do I get help with this????
